Ne nuk vendosim asnjë cookie në këtë faqe. Nuk ka statistika, nuk ka piksel gjurmimi, nuk ka mjet matës dhe nuk ngarkohet asgjë nga palë të treta.

E vetmja gjë që ruhet në pajisjen tuaj është gjuha që zgjidhni. Ajo nuk largohet nga shfletuesi juaj. Për cookie-t teknike që mund të vendosë vetë ofruesi i hostimit, shihni pikën 4.

1. Çfarë ruhet, saktësisht

Kjo është e gjithë lista. Nuk ka asgjë tjetër.

Disa gjëra që kanë rëndësi për ju:

Nuk është cookie. Cookie-t i dërgohen serverit bashkë me kërkesat drejt faqes së tyre. Kjo vlerë nuk dërgohet askund: qëndron në shfletuesin tuaj dhe lexohet vetëm nga vetë faqja, për t'ju shfaqur gjuhën që keni zgjedhur.
Nuk ju identifikon. Është njëra prej dy fjalëve, sq ose en. Nuk është numër, nuk është kod, nuk është unik dhe nuk ju dallon nga asnjë vizitor tjetër.
Shkruhet vetëm nëse e kërkoni ju, duke shtypur butonin e gjuhës. Nëse nuk e prekni atë buton, nuk shkruhet asgjë.
Faqja punon edhe pa të. Nëse shfletuesi juaj e bllokon ruajtjen, faqja hapet njësoj.

2. Pse nuk ka banner pëlqimi

Një banner pëlqimi kërkon leje për statistika, reklama dhe gjurmim. Kjo faqe nuk ka asnjërën prej tyre: nuk mat vizitorë, nuk ka reklama, nuk ka elemente të rrjeteve sociale të integruara në të dhe nuk i dërgon asgjë askujt. Një buton "Prano të gjitha" në një faqe që nuk mbledh asgjë do t'ju kërkonte leje për diçka që nuk ndodh. E vetmja gjë që ruhet është vlera e gjuhës, e përshkruar më sipër.

Ruajtja e të dhënave në pajisjen fundore të përdoruesit, ose marrja e aksesit në to, rregullohet nga neni 158, pikat 6 dhe 7, të ligjit nr. 54/2024 "Për komunikimet elektronike në Republikën e Shqipërisë". Ai kërkon pëlqimin e përdoruesit dhe informacion të qartë e të kuptueshëm për qëllimin e përpunimit, dhe parashikon përjashtim për ruajtjen ose aksesin teknik që bëhet vetëm për transmetimin e një komunikimi, ose kur ajo është e domosdoshme për të ofruar një shërbim të shoqërisë së informacionit të kërkuar shprehimisht nga përdoruesi. Ky tekst nuk shpreh qëndrim se si zbatohet ai nen te rasti ynë: ju tregon saktësisht çfarë ruhet, kur dhe pse, që ta gjykoni vetë.

3. Si ta fshini

Pastroni të dhënat e faqes në cilësimet e shfletuesit tuaj — në shumicën e shfletuesve kjo gjendet në cilësimet e privatësisë, zakonisht si "Fshi të dhënat e shfletimit" ose "Të dhënat e faqeve". Kjo e heq vlerën toni.locale. Herën tjetër faqja do të hapet në gjuhën e parazgjedhur, derisa të zgjidhni sërish.

4. Ofruesi i hostimit

Faqja ofrohet nëpërmjet rrjetit të Cloudflare-it. Ne nuk vendosim asnjë cookie; për çdo cookie teknike që mund të vendosë vetë ofruesi i hostimit gjatë shërbimit të faqes, zbatohet politika e tij e privatësisë: www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Çfarë sheh ofruesi kur ju e hapni faqen — dhe çfarë thotë ligji për këtë — shpjegohet në Politikën e Privatësisë.

5. Nëse kjo ndryshon

Nëse një ditë shtojmë diçka që vendos cookie ose që mat vizitorët — për shembull një formular njoftimi ose një mjet statistikash — kjo faqe do të rishkruhet përpara se ajo gjë të publikohet, dhe do t'ju kërkohet pëlqimi aty ku ligji e kërkon. Nuk do ta merrni vesh pasi të ketë ndodhur.

The only thing stored on your device is the language you choose. It does not leave your browser. For technical cookies the hosting provider itself may set, see section 4.

1. What is stored, exactly

How long it stays: no expiry is set; it stays until you delete it, or until your browser clears it on its own

That is the whole list. There is nothing else.

A few things that matter to you:

It is not a cookie. Cookies are sent to the server along with requests to the site they belong to. This value is sent nowhere: it stays in your browser and is read only by the page itself, to show you the language you chose.
It does not identify you. It is one of two words, sq or en. It is not a number, not a code, not unique, and does not distinguish you from any other visitor.
It is written only if you ask for it, by pressing the language button. If you never touch that button, nothing is written.
The page works without it. If your browser blocks storage, the page opens just the same.

2. Why there is no consent banner

A consent banner exists to ask permission for analytics, advertising and tracking. This page has none of them: it does not measure visitors, carries no advertising, has no social-network elements embedded in it, and sends nothing to anyone. An "Accept all" button on a page that collects nothing would be asking your permission for something that does not happen. The one thing that is stored is the language value described above.

Storing data on, or gaining access to data stored in, a user's terminal equipment is governed by Article 158, paragraphs 6 and 7, of Law no. 54/2024 "On electronic communications in the Republic of Albania". It requires the user's consent and clear, understandable information about the purpose of the processing, and provides an exemption for technical storage or access carried out solely for transmitting a communication, or where it is indispensable for providing an information-society service that the user has explicitly requested. This text takes no position on how that article applies to our case; it tells you exactly what is stored, when and why, so you can judge for yourself.

3. How to delete it

Clear site data in your browser settings — in most browsers this sits under privacy settings, usually as "Clear browsing data" or "Site data". That removes the toni.locale value. Next time, the page will open in the default language until you choose again.

4. The hosting provider

The page is delivered over Cloudflare's network. We set no cookies; for any technical cookie the hosting provider itself may set while serving the page, its own privacy policy applies: www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. If this changes

If one day we add something that sets a cookie or measures visitors — a notification form, say, or an analytics tool — this page will be rewritten before that thing is published, and you will be asked for consent where the law requires it. You will not find out after it has happened.
